Hybrid system for bridge monitoring
Our latest implementation. New five-span bridge, with a total length of over 267 m, was constructed using the incremental launching method ILM. The cross-section is a prestressed box with a height of 3.5 m. It was decided to equip the existing bridge with a hybrid monitoring system consisting of more than 1 km of EpsilonSensors for periodic strain measurement and crack detection, and automatic vibrating wire strain gauges and thermistors.
With a cost effective approach, we get the useful information both in time and in length!
